Why This Is Here
The HD 560 S does something rare at $150 — it sounds like a more expensive headphone in the ways that count. Neutral tonal balance, no exaggerated bass. it's where we point people making the move into open-back listening without spending $400.
Who It's For
Anyone moving from closed-back to open-back for the first time. Home listeners with quiet rooms.

Well-received in the audiophile community as a solid mixing headphone on a budget. I haven't personally used these yet, but I trust the reviewers who've tested them extensively. They're getting the nods that the Grado SR60 used to get—except the Grados have gone up in price while quality hasn't kept pace, and honestly, comfort matters. If you're mixing for hours, you need something you can actually wear. These seem to be that option today.
