Most products on this site are sold by partner shops, not by me. That changes what shipping means here, so here's the plain version.

Partner purchases — most products

When you click "Buy at" on a product page, you buy from that partner — the manufacturer's own store or a retailer I trust. Their shipping rates, speeds, and carriers apply, and you'll see them at their checkout. Tracking and delivery questions go to the partner, since they hold your order. If you're not getting a useful answer, email me and I'll help you work out who to talk to.

Custom Headphone Cables — ships from me

Cables are the one thing I stock. Each one is built to order in Livingston, Montana, so allow a build window before it ships; if timing matters, email me before ordering and I'll give you a straight answer. Cables currently ship within the United States only.
