Partner purchases — most products

Purchases made through a "Buy at" link follow the return policy of the shop you bought from. That's part of why I link where I do — the retailers and manufacturer stores I send you to stand behind what they sell. Start any return with the shop that took your order; they have the order record and they issue the return label. If you're not sure where you bought something, or you're not getting anywhere, email me and I'll point you in the right direction.

Custom Headphone Cables

Cables are built to order — your length, your connectors — so they don't restock like shelf products. If something is wrong with the build or it arrives damaged, email me within 30 days with photos and I'll repair or replace it. If you've simply changed your mind, get in touch anyway. I'd rather find a fair answer than hide behind fine print.
